The forms on this site (contact, jobs and franchising) open your own email app, so we only receive what you write in the message: for example name, email, phone number and the message itself.

We do not keep a user register and you cannot create an account on the site.

We use the data only to reply, to handle applications and for franchising discussions. We do not sell or share data for marketing.

We keep messages as long as needed to handle the matter. Job applications are deleted within 12 months at the latest, unless agreed otherwise.

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store your choices, such as the selected restaurant and language, so the site works properly. This data does not identify you and disappears when you clear your browser data.

External services we link to (ordering, maps, social media) use their own cookies and their own privacy terms.

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and you may file a complaint with the data protection authority. Requests: pasi@nakedtaco.fi.
